James is a Senior Development Manager at TOWN, where he leads day-to-day on Westwick Row and Northstowe alongside development partners.
James previously led TOWN’s strategic land project, Hartree, a major planned, high-density urban extension to Cambridge in partnership with Landsec, Cambridge City Council and Anglian Water. James was also instrumental in taking the Love Wolverton town centre regeneration project, including the Still Green cohousing community, through to planning for Milton Keynes Council. Dual-qualified as urban designer and chartered planner, prior to joining TOWN James worked on a range of complex major developments and mixed-use regeneration projects in London.

In 2024 James became a boardroom apprentice at Honeycomb group
