Claudia is a Development Manager and works on both Love Wolverton and Westwick Row.

She brings experience from Be First Regeneration, where she led projects at various scales—including a key phase of the Gascoigne Estate regeneration, which won AJ Client of the Year 2024. Claudia also brings experience from Brick By Brick, Croydon Council’s in-house development company, delivering new homes across the borough. An architect by training, Claudia qualified in 2018 while working at HTA Design, an award-winning AJ100 practice.
